I think that's the first time I've used "throughout" in a sentence, do I get another mintie? I know - Not Funny. Without meaning to sound biased in any way, I'd recommend the ABC programme "Insiders" @ 9am on sundays, they have covered a lot of what you have here, but the time it's shown only works when you have rugrats or are retired.
